Your trip to the farm is a one of a kind holiday unlike many you have experienced before, so please take some time to get familiarised with our FAQs to avoid surprises and prepare for a comfy holiday at the farm!

ABOUT THE FARM

1. Where is the farm located?

Boho Farm is located in Lathur village in Cheyur in Chengalpatu district.

2. How far is the farm is from Chennai?

Its 80km from Chennai, a quick 1.5 hr drive to escape from the bustling city vibes to calm down and rejunuvate.

3. How big is the farm?

It’s a 5 acre farm. Its an organic integrated farm with different species of trees and plants and farm animals.

4. What do we grow at the Farm?

We grow seasonal crops like groundnut and urad dal, native vegetables and fruits. We do crop rotation to enrich the fertility of the soil.

5. Do we have farm animals?

Yes, we have a wide range of farm animals like cows, goats, donkeys, turkeys, hens and friendly dogs.

ABOUT THE ACCOMODATION?

1. How many rooms do we have?

We have 4 separate double occupancy rooms with attached toilets.

2. How many guests can be accommodated in the farm?

Each room can accommodate 3 guests.

4 rooms-4*3 =12 guests.

Additional number of guests can be accomodated only with prior permission.

3. Can we do group bookings?

Yes you can do group booking and take all the 4 rooms together.

Group size = 12 to 15

4. Are the rooms air conditioned?

Yes, the rooms are air conditioned.

5. Is there wi-fi?

One of the things we want to encourage you to do during your holiday with us is to put down your phone, be in the moment and enjoy your friends and family’s company. However, we do realize that sometimes you need to stay connected to home and or work, and so we do provide complimentary wi-fi in the common areas (dining area, swimming pool area and rooms)

6. Is there TV in the rooms?

Our rooms are free of televisions by design, inviting guests to step away from screens and spend unhurried time with those they love. Music is always welcome, with speaker provided by us to enjoy along with the breeze drifting through the farm.

ABOUT ACTIVITIES AND AMENITIES?

1.What are the activities available at the farm?

Guests can indulge in nature walks, bird-watching,DIY art activities with natural elements from the farm, a cozy reading nook, a swimming pool, board games, star gazing, interactions with farm animals,play pickle ball/badminton.

Additionally, upon request, we can arrange experiences such as pottery sessions, cooking sessions and BBQs for an additional cost. Please connect with our representative while booking for more details.

2.Is there a swimming pool?

Yes, we have a pool available for guests to relax and unwind. Please check our swimming pool rules.

3. Are there guided tours?

Yes , we have a guided farm tour at a designated time.

4.Are pets allowed?

We love animals (and have lots of them), but for the safety for our staff and fellow guests, pet cats and dogs are not allowed in Boho Farms

5. What are the cleaning services provided at the rooms?

The floors are swept, toilets cleaned, windows wiped, tables and chairs are fully sanitized, all bed & pillow covers are changed to new ones for every new guest. When you stay for longer stays, we do daily turndown cleaning services.

6. Do we provide toiletries?

Body wash and shampoo are provided, while we invite our guests to bring their own dental kits — a small step toward reducing single-use plastic.

7. Do we provide linens?

Yes, each room is provided with two towels, fresh bed linens, and quilts for your comfort.

FOOD AND DINING

1. Is the food included in the stay?

Yes, all three meals ,coffee and tea and a evening snack is included in the stay. Experience farm-to-table dining at Boho farm, where you can nourish your body with our home cooked meals, harvested from our organically grown garden and few vegetables sourced from our neighbouring farms.

2. What do we have in the menu?

We offer home-cooked style set menus in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. You may choose your preferred set menu after confirming your booking. A Google Form will be shared with you to record your selection.

3. Do we provide room service?

We serve our food in the common dining area, where guests can dine together and enjoy the shared farm atmosphere.

4. Can we request a dish to be cooked?

As a small farmstay rather than a resort, we invite you to feel at home and enjoy our thoughtfully prepared standard menu.

5. Is the kitchen accessible to the guests?

There is no self-cooking here. This is your time to rest. Sit back, unwind, and savor the farm-fresh food we lovingly prepare for you.

However we understand little ones have special needs, so guests may cook food for babies under two years old.

2.How about the cancellation policy?

1.Full refund / free re-schedule: Cancellation before 14 days before check-in date

2.No Refund / No Re-schedule: Cancellation between 14 days and up to check-in time

3.No Refund / No Re-schedule: in case of no show

3.Do we take same day bookings?

Since we are a small farmstay, we kindly request advance bookings. This allows us to make thoughtful arrangements and provide you with the best possible experience.
